Shipping
Same-day processing. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. No exceptions.
Cold chain packaging. Every order ships with insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain compound integrity during transit.
Domestic Canadian shipping only. We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada via tracked courier. Typical delivery is 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.
Flat rate shipping: $15 CAD on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. This is an industry-standard policy to maintain chain of custody and compound integrity.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at hello@propeptide.ca with photos and your order number. We will replace the product at no cost.
Unopened products: Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original sealed condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
