- Points credit when an order reaches a successful status. Volume-tier pack orders (5 or 10-vial) do not earn points.
- Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold.
Redeeming
Minimum redemption 500 points ($5). Points apply as a discount at checkout (100 pts = $1). We may cap redemption per order.
Expiry
Points expire 365 days after they are earned. A reminder is sent about 30 days before expiry.
Adjustments and clawback
Points earned on cancelled, returned, or refunded orders are reversed. We may void points obtained through error, abuse, or fraud (including self-referral).
Changes and termination
We may modify or end the program at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
